Dept of Sanskrit S D College, Ambala Cantt takes pride in congratulating Dr. Pardeep Rai, Assistant Professor, Institute of Mass Communication, KUK for presenting a utilitarian/ useful/ meaningful/ applied Sanskrit Shaaastra based model of “Standards for Key City actors on Media Literacy : Indian Indigenous perspective” at UNESCO sponsored international conference being held at Luthiana on 24 -26 October, 2018. UNESCO has sponsored his visit for Snaskrit based applied work after evaluation by the foreign experts of MIL. It is a matter of great satisfaction for all Sanskritists that Applied aspect of Sanskrit has been acknowledged and appreciated by international MIL community. All Sanskritists must congratulate Dr. Pardeep Rai for presenting Sanskrit based model at UNESCO. His commitment to carry forward applied aspect of Sanskrit, is a source of inspiration for our department.
Can we Sanskritists take an initiative to propose some kind of applied/ utilitarian/ relevant/ working model?
This is his third international presentation based on Sanskrit Shaastraas.
People like him who are doing Sanskrit Shastra based applied work should be honoured by Haryana Sanskrit Academy.
